By creating an account or using AIFlow (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Merciglobal Systems Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”).
1. Your account
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be authorised to act for any brand, page or business you connect or post on behalf of.
2. Free credits & plans
- New accounts receive 500 free credits on registration. Credit packs are billed per the pricing shown at checkout, plus applicable GST.
- Plans renew for the cycle you choose (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You can stop renewal anytime before the next cycle.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive content, to spam, or to violate the terms of any connected platform (e.g. LinkedIn, WhatsApp). You are responsible for the content you create, schedule and publish.
4. Third-party platforms & AI
- When you connect a platform, you authorise AIFlow to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant. Each platform’s own terms also apply.
- AI features use the AI provider and API key you configure in Settings. You are responsible for your use of, and costs from, that provider. AI output may require review before publishing.
5. Your content & data
You retain ownership of your brand assets, content and data. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to operate the Service for you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Availability & changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, change or remove features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.
7. Payments & refunds
Fees are billed in advance and are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. GST invoices are emailed for paid plans.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes of content published through connected platforms. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination we delete connection tokens and handle remaining data per the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Surat, Gujarat having jurisdiction, unless local law requires otherwise.
